FFL Certified by the ATF
The Lindgren Group holds a Federal Firearms License (FFL). As outlined in the Gun Control Act of 1968, this license allows us to engage in the business pertaining to the manufacture of firearms and ammunition or the interstate and intrastate sale of firearms.
ITAR Certified
The Lindgren Group is Certified in the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). This set of United States government regulations control the export and import of defense-related articles and services on the United States Munitions List. This certification demonstrate that we fully comply with the Arms Export Control Act (AECA) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations. It also shows that we have corporate procedures and controls in place to ensure compliance.
ROHS Compliant
We are Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) compliant. Originated in the European Union, RoHS limits the use of specific toxic materials, namely lead, mercury, cadmium, Chromium VI, PBB, and PBDE. Compliant for Matte Tin, Zinc, Chromates, and Cadmium Free Lead Free Electroless Nickel.
